SHORT STAYS
The prices listed on this page refer to weekly stays, however in low and mid-season we are available to rent apartments for short periods (minimum 3 nights). Contact us for availability and prices.

1) Prices refer to a week stay with arrival on Saturday from 4 pm to 8 pm and release of the apartment on Saturday after 10 am. In case of advances or delays the client must contact the property.
2) Prices include linen, gas, light, water and final cleaning. Winter heating is counted on consumption. The use of the air conditioning system in Villa La Carraia is counted on consumption.
3) A deposit of 40% of the reservation price is required and the balance on arrival at the delivery of the apartment. The receipt of the deposit must be sent by email at the address info@agriturismolaserra.com together with the contract duly signed for acceptance.
Reservations without signed contract will not be considered valid.

4) Upon arrival the client has to pay as security deposit in cash Euro 150,00, The deposit will be returned at departure if there is no damage to property or property.
5) The customer will be delivered to the client on arrival at the apartment in order and at departure the customer will have to return it under the same conditions.
6) The reservation is valid for the persons declared at the time of the request.
